1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.

• A return request must be raised within [7 or 10] days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

• Items without original packaging or accessories

• Opened or used items (unless faulty)

• Products marked as “Non-Returnable” in the product description

• Gift cards or downloadable software

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@shinesonic.in with photos/videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or wallet after confirmation.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a fault on our part (damaged, wrong item, etc.), we will arrange a free return pickup.

• If the return is due to personal reasons (changed mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once dispatched, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and applicable return policies will apply.
